I am your micro wedding planner AND photographer. Your package includes photography, planning, an outdoor venue, officiant services, permits, a bouquet and boutonniere, a wedding arch, cupcakes, and more. 
Once you book, I’ll work closely with you to design a day that reflects your vision and captures your love story beautifully.

None! Really! With the all-inclusive package, you are hiring my services as both a planner, and a photographer. Just like with a traditional wedding planner, you don’t have to have everything (or anything!) figured out in the beginning when you book. A major portion of the job I do for you is to walk through all the options and literally build out your day together start to finish.

I’m happy to provide a few examples... HOWEVER...there are so many options across AZ that we can use for your event, so it would be overwhelming and difficult to sift through all the available options and the requirements for each, if I just sent you a big list. And, the location list is always growing and changing. Trusting me to ask you the right questions and narrow the locations down to a handful to choose from, or scouting a brand new location just for you guys that will be perfect for your specific wedding, is what makes my service so helpful and special for couples. My detailed location scouting is part of the personalized planning process I offer exclusively to my booked couples. This ensures you get a one-of-a-kind experience and protects these stunning, often fragile, natural locations. Once you’ve booked, I’ll work with you to select the perfect spot that aligns with your vision and logistical needs (like how many guests, how much you want to hike, closeness to a city, etc). After booking, I’ll send you a 60 page Micro Wedding workbook in the mail that will be your guide through the process, and a series of questionnaires to learn more about your needs. Once I learn about all your needs and wants and gather all the details I need from you, I’ll present tailored options that will blow you away!
From the Grand Canyon, to Sedona, to a thick cactus field or a mountaintop, the options are endless!

While most couples do already have a date in mind, some couples come to me with just a rough idea. If your timing is flexible, once you book, I can help you nail down the perfect date and location based on weather, lighting, and your dream vibe.

Yep! From location logistics to timeline creation and everything in between, I’ll take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying your day. Your input and preferences are key though, because I want to make sure the day is uniquely yours and matches your vision! But, I’ll guide you through easy questionnaires and planning steps to take your vision and then craft the perfect celebration.

Micro Weddings are more intimate than standard weddings by design, and many of the natural venues we have access to don't allow large groups in order to protect the land —we've set the limit on Micro Weddings to 35 guests. 

Of course! Every couple is unique, and I’m happy to customize packages to fit your specific needs. Whether you want to skip the engagement session for a print credit or adjust the timeline, I’ll work with you to make sure the package is just right.

Once you book, the fun begins! I’ll mail you a 60 page workbook that will be your guide as you make all the decisions about your day. I’ll also email you a link to a questionnaire to get to know your vision, preferences, and priorities. From there, we’ll pick the location, plan out a personalized wedding timeline, pick which florals you like best, and finalize all the other details to make your day stress-free and seamless. After the major parts of the wedding day are planned, I’ll keep in touch leading up to the event, so you always feel prepared and excited, and have any questions answered.
