The Experience

From the moment you book, I’m here to help you every step of the way—whether that means finding the most magical spot for your bridal portraits, helping you craft a timeline that keeps things stress-free, or just being the person who reminds you to take a deep breath and soak it all in. My approach is about real moments over rigid posing, guiding you in a way that feels effortless so your photos capture how the day actually felt.

On your wedding day, you won’t find me interrupting moments or forcing anything unnatural. Instead, I’ll be there, quietly anticipating the in-between moments—the way your partner looks at you when you’re not watching, the deep belly laughs during speeches, the wind catching your dress just right.  Because this day is all about you—and your photos should reflect that.

— but like, the happy, heart-bursting, "I can't believe how perfectly this moment was captured" kind of cry. The kind where you're scrolling through your gallery, ugly-sobbing in the best way because the photos feel so you, so real, and so full of love. Tissues not included... but highly recommended.

My goal is to make you cry

YOUR

While as much advanced notice as possible is best for a more relaxed planning process, whatever your timeline is, we likely can make it work...
Typically, weddings are booked 4 to 18 months in advance.
Elopements and Micro Weddings as little as 2 weeks before event for simple events, and 30 days for more complex events.
As soon as you have your date in mind, you can reach out to confirm date availability.

How far ahead do I need to book my wedding or elopement with you?

01.

Great! I'm so excited to learn more about you both, and the goals for your wedding!  Head on over to the contact form - The first step is to confirm date availability.  I'll ask a few questions to make sure I feel like we are a good fit to work together, and that I'll be able to serve you well.  If we agree that I'm the best photographer for you, I'll send over a quote where you'll make your package selection.  Once decided, you'll fill out a digital contract, and then make the retainer payment of $1500 to reserve your date!

I think I'm ready to book! What's next?

02.

Yes! I know that every wedding is unique, and I want to make sure your experience is exactly what you’re looking for. My packages are designed to cover a range of needs, but I’m always happy to chat about your specific goals and find a way to make things work within your budget. Whether that means adjusting coverage time, recommending some other options, or finding creative ways to maximize your investment, I’m here to help craft an experience that’s perfect for you. Let’s connect and see how we can bring your dream wedding or elopement to life!

We are interested, but we have some specific goals or budget. Are your packages flexible?

03.

Nope!  I know how hectic life can be, especially in the time leading up to being married.  I've spent years creating a series of digital questionnaires that are filled out by you and your soon-to-be spouse in the months leading up to the wedding.  I know exactly what to ask - this will not only help you on your end with timing for things like hair & makeup scheduling, but will also guide me how to lay out your full wedding plan and timeline.
However, if you would like to meet for coffee to over any details as we get closer to your wedding, I am more than happy to!

After we book, do we need to meet with you to do the planning?

The final number of images depends on the length of your coverage, the flow of your day, and the moments we capture—but on average, couples receive 75-100  fully edited, high-resolution images per hour of coverage. I focus on delivering quality over quantity, ensuring you get the best, most meaningful moments rather than overwhelming you with duplicates. And yes, every image you receive is professionally edited to match my signature bold, colorful, and natural style—no raw or unedited images. My goal is to give you a stunning, cohesive gallery that tells the full story of your wedding or elopement in the most beautiful way possible!

How many images will we end up with? Are they all edited?

For elopements and micro weddings, travel within Arizona is included.
For weddings, there is no travel fee for events anywhere in the greater Phoenix area (50 square miles). Outside that area, there will be a per mile travel fee.

For destinations outside of Arizona, I do charge a travel fee to cover expenses like transportation and lodging, but I keep it as reasonable as possible. If you're considering a destination wedding or elopement, reach out! I’d love to chat about the details and create a plan that works for you.

Where do you shoot weddings? Is there any travel fee?
